We’re Gorrion – a software house that has been building custom web and mobile applications since 2009. We work on products end-to-end: from initial idea and first wireframes to launch, scaling, and long-term development. We create SaaS platforms, mobile apps, and backend systems that genuinely support our clients’ businesses. We value partnership, thoughtful architecture, and writing code we’re still proud of years later.

What will you be doing:
Building web and mobile applications using Node.js and React/React Native.
Designing and implementing scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations.
Collaborating with designers, PMs, and other developers to turn ideas into working solutions.
Contributing to architectural decisions and improving code quality.
Reviewing code, sharing feedback, and continuously improving our development process.
Taking ownership of features - from concept to deployment and long-term maintenance.
Participating in technical estimations and solution planning.
Deploying and maintaining applications in production environments.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 3 years commercial experience with Node.js (REST APIs, authentication, integrations).
Hands-on experience with React Native and building production-ready mobile apps.
Good understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript.
Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Knowledge of API design, performance optimization, and security best practices.
Experience with Git and collaborative workflows (code reviews, pull requests).
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
Good communication skills and comfort working directly with team members and stakeholders.
Ownership mindset - you take responsibility for features, not just tasks.
Fluent Polish and communicative English.
